Programme Outcome

B.A. & B.Sc. Honours Programmes

  1. Students graduating in B.A. and B.Sc Honours Programmes from this college develop analytical skills which prepare them to overcome obstacles in their future academic pursuits. 
  2. The teachings of Thakur, Maa, Swamiji are inculcated in the young minds at this formative stage of their life through regular Value Education classes, motivational talks and prayers at the hostels. These strengthen our students’ moral and spiritual integrity and prepare them to face the harsh reality in the external world. 
  3. Students develop better communication skills and better understanding of class lectures in course of their study here as they are exposed to additional classes for English language learning through courses like Communicative English and Spoken English. 
  4. Students in these programmes are trained to critically appreciate scholarly presentations, debate on relevant issues, and engage in productive discussions. 
  5. Various types of projects and field works endow the students with internship opportunities and practical understandings of their classroom lessons. They also expose them to the reality of life beyond pages. 
  6. An aptitude to research is also stimulated in the students, which prompt them to take up research projects in good laboratories of the country after completing the programme. Field work, surveys, and other practical activities have been incorporated into non-lab based subjects to facilitate participation in research programs. 
  7. Students are also made to be conversant with recent trends of scientific and technological enhancements happening around. 
  8. The students’ grooming in these programmes enables them to get through various national level entrance tests and get admitted to the premiere institutes of the country and outside. 
  9. Very importantly, students graduating in these programmes develop a confidence in their life in terms of employability.

M.A. & M. Sc. programmes

  1. Students completing their M.A. and M. Sc degrees from this institution are matured with the abilities for systematic and critical studies which motivate them for structured research in several unexplored arena of knowledge. 
  2. The students in these programmes are trained to analyse and appreciate academic lectures and demonstrations of any sort. 
  3. Students are also motivated to actively participate in different socioeconomic-cultural activities for effective understanding of their theoretical learning in the classroom. 
  4. Through participation in various seminars, conferences, and workshops, the students gain confidence and exposure necessary for their higher research engagements. 
  5. Students are privileged with various internship and project opportunities in premiere institutes of the country and outside. These expose them to recent advancements in their related fields. As part of the curriculum, students undertake a full-fledged academic project in their final semester. 
  6. Through participation in various projects and field works, the students develop a confidence in their life in terms of employability. 
  7. The students in these programmes are trained and motivated to pursue higher research degrees after their study in this institution.
